Terms of Use
Conditions governing access to the LexSolute digital platform, preliminary advisory assessments, retainer engagements, and intellectual work product.

1.0 Acceptance of Terms§
By browsing, accessing, or transmitting queries through the LexSolute website (lexsolute.com) or associated digital channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms in full, you should refrain from utilizing this platform.
2.0 Scope of Platform & Preliminary Inquiries§
The materials, articles, analysis notes, practice descriptions, and calculators presented on this platform are published solely for general informational and educational purposes. Neither the receipt of information from this site nor the submission of an enquiry form constitutes the creation of a formal advocate-client relationship or binding retainer.
3.0 Formal Retainer & Engagement Standards§
A professional advocate-client relationship is established solely upon the execution of a formal, written Engagement Letter or Vakalatnama, accompanied by mutually agreed engagement terms and scope definition. Until such formal engagement is finalized:
- Any assessment provided is preliminary and contingent upon complete disclosure of relevant documentation.
- LexSolute is not obligated to initiate judicial filings or procedural notices on behalf of prospective enquirers.
4.0 Client Disclosures & Document Authenticity§
The quality and viability of strategic legal and financial guidance depend entirely upon the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of the records provided by the client. The client covenants that all documents, account statements, notices, and historical communications submitted to LexSolute are genuine and unmanipulated.
5.0 Limitation of Liability§
Legal dispute outcomes, one-time settlements (OTS), and tribunal proceedings depend upon complex facts, counterparty positions, prevailing statutory precedent, and judicial discretion. LexSolute does not warrant or guarantee specific financial discounts or guaranteed tribunal rulings. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, LexSolute disclaims liability for indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from reliance on platform content prior to formal retainer.
6.0 Intellectual Property Rights§
All editorial publications, website architecture, branding marks, proprietary workflow descriptions, and analytical articles published on this domain are the intellectual property of LexSolute. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, framing, or republication without express written authorization is prohibited.
7.0 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution§
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
